Project Manager
Project Management | Production | Events
At Create&Fabricate, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in production, fabrication, and events who can take a creative idea and turn it into a fully executed project from start to finish.
This position will serve as the main point of connection between our clients, creative team, production, operations, vendors, and installation crews. We are looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where every project is different.
Technical Designer
Technical Design | Fabrication | Production
At Create&Fabricate, we are looking for a Technical Designer who can turn creative concepts into clear, accurate, and fabrication-ready drawings.
This role works closely with our Project Managers, design team, production team, and fabricators to develop the technical documentation needed to bring each project to life. From experiential activations and custom builds to scenic elements and event installations, you will help bridge the gap between creative ideas and physical production.
CNC Programmer / Operator
CNC Programming | Fabrication | Production
At Create&Fabricate, we are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join our fabrication and production team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the technical and practical sides of CNC production. You will be responsible for preparing files, programming toolpaths, setting up and operating CNC machinery, and producing accurate components used across our custom fabrication, experiential, scenic, and event projects.
Installation Crew

At Create&Fabricate, we are looking for experienced Installation Crew Members to join our growing production team.
This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy building, assembling, and bringing creative environments to life. You will work on-site installing custom fabrication, scenic elements, branded activations, stages, backdrops, structures, and other event components produced by
our team.
