● Assemble more complex structures and make necessary adjustments in the field based on site conditions.

● Perform basic carpentry and finishing work during installations when needed.

● Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, sanding, painting, and finishing to ensure installations look clean and professional.

● Load and unload trucks, equipment, tools, and fabricated pieces.

● Safely handle, move, protect, and position finished products during transportation and installation.

● Unpack, clean, organize, wrap, and repack event elements before and after installations.

● Assist with breakdowns and load-outs after events.

● Properly return materials, tools, and reusable components to the warehouse after projects.

● Support fabrication, production, or warehouse operations when additional assistance is needed.

● Follow installation drawings, instructions, dimensions, and direction from Project Managers and on-site leads.

● Work closely with other installers, fabricators, vendors, and event teams to complete projects efficiently.

● Identify installation challenges and help develop practical on-site solutions.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout installation and breakdown.

● Follow all company and venue safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

● Previous experience in event installation, experiential marketing, scenic fabrication, stage production, exhibits, trade shows, carpentry, or similar environments is preferred.

● Basic knowledge of carpentry, assembly, construction, and fabrication methods.

● Experience using common hand tools and power tools.

● Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, layouts, and installation instructions.

● Experience with scenic elements, stages, backdrops, custom structures, or event production is a plus.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering clean, professional installations.

● Ability to follow instructions while also thinking independently when challenges arise.

● Strong teamwork and communication skills.

● Ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions, schedules, and project requirements.

● Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times.

● Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

● Valid work authorization is required.
